Vexlo (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at letstandav.store, selling women's fashion to customers in India. This policy applies to any personal data collected through this website, our checkout process, and our customer support chat.

We collect only what's needed to run your account and fulfil your orders:

• Account data — name, email address, phone number, password (stored encrypted, never in plain text).
• Order data — shipping address, items purchased, order history, order status.
• Payment data — handled entirely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN. For orders verified by manual UPI transfer, we retain only the UTR (transaction reference) number and the amount, to confirm the payment was received.
• Support conversations — messages you send us through the Contact page, along with your name/email if you provide them.
• Usage data — pages visited and general site interactions, collected through Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used and improve it.

• To process and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them.
• To manage your account, wishlist, and order history.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, password resets, email verification).
• To send an abandoned-cart reminder if you leave items in your cart without checking out — you can opt out of these by unsubscribing via the link in that email.
• To respond to support requests.
• To detect and prevent fraud, and to keep the site secure.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, for any reason.

We share the minimum necessary data with the services that help us run Vexlo:

• Razorpay — to process payments. Governed by Razorpay's own privacy policy.
• Resend — to deliver transactional emails.
• Supabase — our database and file storage provider, hosting your account and order data securely.
• Google Analytics — anonymised usage statistics.
• Our shipping/courier partner(s) — your name, address, and phone number, solely to deliver your order.

We may also disclose data if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vexlo, our customers, or others.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and your cart working, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the site (like checkout) may not work correctly without them.

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as needed to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time — see section 7.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or update inaccurate data.
• Request erasure of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
• Withdraw consent for optional uses (like marketing emails) at any time.
• Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing, never in plain text. Payment card data never touches our servers — it's handled directly by Razorpay's PCI-compliant infrastructure. Access to customer data internally is restricted to what's needed to operate the store.

Vexlo is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

In accordance with Indian law, grievances relating to this policy can be addressed to our Grievance Officer: [name to be added], reachable via the Contact page. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
