You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately via the Contact page if you suspect unauthorised access.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors can happen — if a product is listed at an incorrect price or is otherwise mis-described, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Product colours may vary slightly from photos due to lighting and display settings.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.

Card, UPI, wallet, and netbanking payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. Vexlo never sees or stores your card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.

Where a manual UPI transfer option is offered, your order is marked as paid only after we verify the payment (transaction reference / UTR) on our end — never automatically based on what's entered at checkout.

All content on this site — including the Vexlo name and logo, product photography, and written content — belongs to Vexlo or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to defraud Vexlo or other customers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with the site's normal operation, including through automated scraping or bots.

To the extent permitted by law, Vexlo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased, beyond the value of the order in question.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [city to be added], India.
